Does WildHeart formulate its products?

Yes! What’s more, WildHeart’s formulations are both proprietary and based on the latest science. For example, WildHeart collaborated with an experienced chemist and expert formula designer to create our protein formula, which provides maximum protein synthesis in a pleasingly palatable powder.

Are WildHeart’s products fully vegan?

Yes. Our cutting-edge formulations are vegan, and the compostable packaging and shipping materials that we use are vegan too.

Where is WildHeart located?

WildHeart’s headquarters are smack in the middle of the USA in Des Moines, Iowa. That’s where we package and ship your orders in plastic-free and compostable materials. We don’t have a storefront but are developing retail relationships.

How do I compost WildHeart’s packaging; there’s no composting or recycling program near me?

Our state-of-the-art compostable packaging is designed to break down in a home compost heap or at an industrial composting facility that accepts bioplastics. The material will break down faster in an industrial facility due to optimized conditions but it’s also designed to break down in any well-managed compost heap that achieves thermophilic conditions. That’s a technical way of describing a compost pile that achieves hot conditions due to microbial activity. Our packaging is designed to meet ASTM D6400 standards, some composting facilities or municipal composting programs only take bioplastics which meet this standard.

You can verify whether there’s a composting program near you at https://findacomposter.com. Click the location tab and type in your city and state or address, then from the materials tab, choose “certified compostable materials” and hit search.

In order to offer all of our customers a chance to be circular, you can send them back to us for composting. If you can’t find a local composting solution, send the bags to us at the address below.

Order Questions

Does WildHeart ship to all states and/or outside of the United States?

Currently, we ship to all 50 United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, and aim to expand to more markets.

What are your shipping rates, and is free shipping an option?

See our Shipping page for our best-value rates targeted to location. Shipping is free on larger orders.

How does WildHeart’s Subscribe & Save work?

Choose our convenient Subscribe & Save option and you’ll save 10%! WildHeart requires no minimum order for a subscription. If you should want to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by logging into your account.

How does WildHeart ship plastic-free?

We ship small product orders (e.g. capsule products) in paper mailers padded with recycled paper and larger orders in recycled boxes sealed with paper tape — both options are curbside recyclable and compostable. We even sourced shipping labels that are made from fully recycled materials and are curbside recyclable.
